Alpha medical has helped my mental health tremendously

I love this service. It was an easy and fast process. You just answer a few questions and bam! within a few days, your meds are delivered. However, I think y’all should have used a padded poly mailer instead of boxes. It would fit better into peoples mailboxes a lot easier. I get my other Rx that way. Boxes are such a waste especially when there’s only one Rx. Anyway, just a thought to help you guys. I’m sure others would agree too. Thanks!

i appreciate the quickness of getting something i need. But also sometimes i want to shop around and see if i can get a cheaper price by just getting a prescription sent to me.

It's been a great experience, I just don't think the medication is helping? I've started exercising and changed my diet(for the better) and I'm not losing anything. Slightly frustrated, but trusting the process.

I get the birth control on time but as far as your competitors, they send out candy or like cute things with the birth control and I really think that would be beneficial for you guys in the future!

My package comes on time and I never have any problems with the delivery.

Pros: Good customer service. Cons: Too many questions for simple prescriptions. Questions are redundant.
