MY LAST SHIPMENT OF BC ARRIVED A WEEK AFTER I FINISHED MY LAST ONE SO I DIDN'T HAVE CONTINUOUS USAGE NOT SURE WHY THAT IS

It's a good service for a birth control subscription. It costed less than my copay through my insurance. However, I didn't realize it was a subscription when I tried it so after I stopped after 1 month I was billed for another 3 month bundle unable to return it or get a refund. So if you ARE looking for a subscription and know exactly what you want this is a great service for you.

I think maybe a little more personal communication would be better. All in all, this is a very convenient way for medicine management.

Great service, pretty good customer service, quick response and helpful. I would give it a five star but I feel like they didn't tell me that my prescription had expired, this caused me to be late in getting my refill. It is possible I missed an e mail or something, however I still feel like they could have been more communicative that the prescription needed to be renewed.

Good overall experience. Fast and easy to do
