I wasn't sure what to do at first feeling really down I almost asked for a refund because I didn't think alpha would help but I was instantly given options for medication so I did some research and I decided to try Zolaft. I have truly felt much better these past few weeks I'm not good at explaining but I have much less anxiety and depression when i take it, Also I have been working out and getting out of the house more often I have already recommended to friends and family.
