Pills instantly but moisturizing

I needed to follow up on the tracking as the link provided was incorrect,

I actually never got the product, even though it said it was delivered. I’ll just order through amazon

It wouldn’t let me look at my parcel being delivered but overall it was good.

We like the products however we did not get any updates of when it would arrive. Normally with overseas orders there is a constant parcel tracking update system where as with this the parcel took 3 weeks to arrive & we had no feedback on when it would come. So it took way too long & you should provide a parcel tracking update system.

Shipping was incredibly fast, my order came in just under 3 days so that's great! But the products aren't great for my skin, I have balanced/dry skin and the Fresh Start made my skin dry and irritated. And the Cloud Surf wouldn't absorb in my skin and just made it wet.
