My daughter is 11, and used the cleanser and moisturiser she got as a Xmas gift, unfortunately it’s has caused a rash and very dry skin after only one application. First time any product has done this.

Ordered two of a very popular item (Wicked Lip Balms sets) in November to beat the Christmas rush. Item was quickly out of stock, but we did receive the two items. However, they were two separate gifts but we only received one set of the accompanying stickers and pamphlet. Customer service emails and texts were unanswered or were an auto-reply. Finally, after numerous attempts, was promised they would be mailed from "the office" as the warehouse was unable to accommodate. It has been over two weeks and we have not received the promised items in the mail. There is NO information on website or on-line to speak to an actual representative. Emails and status updates go unanswered.

The ordering was fine, but the daily, sometimes twice daily, texts are horrid! I’ve “unsubscribed” twice already, with no change in how often I get texts.

Big fan of the brand but normally buy from retailers. Decided to buy direct because of black Friday offers. Won't repeat. Contacted customer services multiple times to ask about delivery as tracking was vague. Was told three times to check tracking. I wanted to know where the parcel was being sent from and /or whether it had reached the destination country. Not impressed with the generic responses which didn't answer my question. Parcel did arrive in 11 days so all good but I won't go direct again. Prefer transparency. Think parcel was coming from the US but who knows? I don't.

I loved the packaging but inside my bag was some tiny leaves and sticks and my lipbalm came with the lid popped off of it. The moisturizer I love the thickness but this one has a funky smell to it. I normally never have a problem with the smell but this one didn't smell good. I was very disappointed to find leaves and sticks INSIDE my Bubble packaged gift bag. It was disappointing for me to open it and everything just didn't look nice covered in tiny leaves and sticks and my lip blam didn't have its cover on it and had a tiny peice of dirt on the top of it. Yuck
