Package was missing an item. I messaged Bubble about the missing item and never received a reply to correct the issue.

I paid extra for the "no spoilers poly mailer bag" so my daughter wouldn't know what was being delivered. It did not arrive in that packaging and my daughter saw the blue box and knew exactly what it was. Very disappointed.

Ordered on Nov 30th to Canada, and still has not received the order. I wanted this to be a christmas gift to my daughter who is obsessed with this company, but it seems that they don't take much consideration into the delivery companies they use. They use UNIUNI, and they have nothing but bad reviews. I ordered something from the UK that got here faster than this order in the US. Every day the delivery keeps getting pushed back. I reached out to the company via their text, and have received no update or anyone reaching out as once they are shipped, they act like it's no longer their concern. Very dissappointing and will not ever be reordering from them. If I don't receive my order before Christmas, I will be asking for a refund. Hopefully they give me one.

Were is my delivery? Feel like I got scamed!

Took forever to get my order and the only reason I actually got it was because my neighbor brought it to my house. It was shipped by USPS and they can't deliver Mail to the right address around here so how can you expect them to deliver a package to the right address?? I've told your company several times to use a different company. I hope you listen. I will not order from you again because of this. Good luck in the future.

Package never arrived. Reached out to customer service and representative was not helpful and did not provide resolution. Kept asking me to check in the mail room and neighbors; I would not reach out for missing package without checking everything thoroughly. No resolution yet !!

Never received an order. Scam company

Call immediately after placed order was told change could not be made. Received package 3 weeks later
