the packaging changed to a plain white bag instead of the blue box. i never get any conformation when the package arrives.

I gave it a three because I only received 3 of my 4 items purchased. The ones I received are great though!

I absolutely loved the PR itself, and it was presented amazingly. I think there could have been room to improve in terms of communication, eg, my tracking didn't work, and I never got updates. Also, the box came damaged. But in the end, I am so, so grateful for the PR, and the team is just amazing!! <3

Ordering 3 items receiving the same tracking number for the. Order just for 2 items to be received. Still have not received the bundle yet. It just has made for a bad experience. My daughter is a huge fan and supporter of bubble so not being able to complete her “PR Package” dream was severely disappointing.

It was pretty good. I just wish I got more of a full routine and not just a few products. I got a sunscreen and moisturizer and a cleanser. I did like them. I just wish I got a full routine with maybe like a toner or like bounce back so I didn’t really enjoy it thank you. Bubble skincare
