I scheduled a carpet cleaning after a pet accident. I scheduled online and the times available were within a couple of days. The cleaner Super sent was great. On time, and cleaned the stain and the room.

I had a water heater issue and set up an appt. With super, Summit Plumbing came out, looked at it, checked voltage said it was alright and told me to call them if it still has problems, this struck me as strange. The problem kept getting worse so I called Super and explained what happened, they said they will open another claim. I told them that this was the second time I had issues with Summit plumbing not doing anything to fix the problem, seems they just come to look at it first, and I wanted a different plumbing co. They assigned my problem to Arid plumbing, the tech showed up, listened to what I said has happened, tested the system and told me that the heater coil was faulty and the thermostat was bad. He went to his truck, got the parts, and in 45 minutes it was fixed. He even stayed till the water heated up, checking the temp at the faucet. I’ve used a lot of different home warranty companies over the past 20 years and I must say Super is the best I’ve seen, they listen to what you say and work with you to get you the right repair company to fix your problem.

I have been with Super for 3 years, I have 2 houses with them and about to put my 3rd houses. They have been super reliant, they have great communication, they have helped me tremendously and anyone that needs extra warranty should choose them as a Company. Only good things to say about them.
