They made filing a claim, scheduling service, and finalizing the repairs extremely easy. Very responsive and complete. I never once spoke with a representative, but I could have the need arose.

We have had Super for 4 years now and I am so grateful for them! Never had any issues. The app is very simple to use and customer service has been easy to communicate with as well. SUPER warranty protection is amazing and well worth it.

This is my second year using Super and I've only had great experiences. We recently needed a thermostat replaced and the vendor was assigned very quickly, he arrived on-time, determined the item needed to be replaced and finished the job quickly. No complaints.
