I placed an order for a yeast infection and urinary tract infection as I have done many times before when needed. When I got to the pharmacy. I was advised that the Bactrim had been canceled without notice. Wisp later advised it was canceled because I am age 65. I felt that this was discrimination. I can no longer depend on their help.

WISP offers compounded LDN and yet they're unable to make the medication to satisfy each customer's need by excluding ingredients that they're allergic to or have a negative response to . They also charged twice and the bill doesn't make sense based on what the agent said about it being bundled. $75 for a visit and a month's supply of medication is ridiculous. Try to make your pricing more transparent. Edit: Approximately 5 hours later and y'all responded yet the money I paid covered access to customer service and I couldn't get replies for hours upon hours for a medication I needed. Please get your priorities straight and stop trying to be manipulative.

It’s been 4 days since the consultation and my prescription hasn’t reached the pharmacy, I used this method as an emergency, but it’s been so long that it’s easier to go to an emergency clinic.

Payed and still had to pay more at the store to pickup my prescription and was only prescribed 4 pills for over 100+$$ after spending to pickup prescription process was easy but felt like I got scammed

Tele-SCAM company. They offer you birth control prescriptions for 36 bucks per 3 months, BUT be careful because this price covers only pseudo-consulting. YOU will pay full prices when you pick up prescriptions ... So what do customers really get paying on the WISP website?! Nothing! Just an allowance that exact person can buy assigned meds... Say: thank f…g American medicine, which was born lots of SCAM platforms like WISP

Refused to fix $1,800.00 RX, yes 1.8K! Do not use this platform for anything. The cream is normally $20 for swelling. They sent as a "kit" which increased it to nearly 2k. That is not a typo. If I could upload the picture I would. Plenty of other platforms out there. Avoid this one.

I heard about Hello Wisp in 2022, and obviously, as a woman, I thought it was an amazing shift towards true liberation. Sadly, after purchasing for the first time in 2023, I was certain I was wrong. I ordered Fluconazole, then Metronidazole... and 9/10, if you're a woman, it goes without saying why. I never received my order. I reached out to support, changed my address, and was told I'd receive another order, which again never came. Charging this incident to the game, I moved on and wrote off Wisp. Currently, believing everyone deserves second chances, I reordered the same medication as before... just 3 years later, out of convenience... this was March 29th, 2026.... here it is, April 29th, 2026... a whole month later.... I've spent my money again and received nothing but a 'receipt' and an order confirmation... no tracking, no order. We all have to start somewhere, which is why Wisp has been given MUCH grace.... but 3 years and absolutely no progress in customer service, and efficiency at all??? Terrible. Waste of resources and money... and honestly, a huge letdown... Wisp sucks, in my opinion.

I had a frustrating experience with this service. The pricing feels misleading for what you actually receive. I placed an order expecting one type of treatment, but ended up receiving a completely different prescription with a much smaller quantity—without that being clearly explained upfront. What’s more concerning is that it took five separate emails just to get a clear explanation of the difference. By that point, the order had already been completed, and I was told no refund or adjustment was possible. Overall, the process lacks transparency, and the communication was inefficient. For the price they charge, I expected much clearer information before purchase and better customer support afterward.
