I had a uti and sent a message at like 10 pm. I didn’t hear back until after I saw another provider, in person, picked up my meds and took them for 3 days. What a waste.

Each practitioner provided a different plan of care, yet neither offered clarification, explanation for the discrepancy, nor follow-up after I raised concerns and requested guidance. My messages went unanswered, leaving confusion around next steps and no clear understanding of the rationale behind either plan. This lack of response and continuity is frustrating and concerning, especially when medical decisions require clarity, consistency, and patient involvement. In contrast, my experience with Doctor on Demand has been significantly better. Having access to a live phone consultation allows for real-time discussion, questions to be addressed immediately, and a clear, cohesive plan of care. The ability to speak directly with a provider reduces confusion and helps build trust and understanding. Healthcare should prioritize communication, follow-up, and transparency. Unfortunately, that was missing in this experience, and it made a noticeable difference in my confidence in the care provided.

There is no way to get ahold of customer support for immediate assistance. I have placed an order with no response in over 24 hours. I have emailed, left a voicemail, sent a message, and tried live chat with no interaction from customer support. This is especially disappointing since I have a Wisp membership. I recommend instituting some kind of live customer support interface. I received a response to this review faster than a response to any of my inquiries for service, which tells me there is customer support available. Focus on your customers instead of your yelp reviews. Still no order response

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I put in for an UTI antibiotic. They told me I needed to have proof from the doctor or upload a culture. Like I thought the whole point was to get it easily WITHOUT going to the doctor. They told me 24-48 hours. Never responded until I left a voicemail and message. They IMMEDIATELY gave me my money back. SMH. I will NEVER use this service again. I had two people ask me about them I told them to just go to the doctor. I will tell that to anyone who asks me about them.

Do not recommend Wisp. Much better options available that do not overcharge you. Ensure you read through everything. You are not paying for a doctor's visit, you are overpaying for the convenience to write a prescription, then you still have to pay for the prescription at the pharmacy! Then without notice, they cancel your subscription without any consent.

I ordered 96 hours ago and still haven’t received anything. Very disappointed with their service.

I would not recommend them. It was confusing on the process. You only paying them to write the prescription but other companies will just give you medication and ship it to you for one price. There is. I were saying it was only for just a prescription to be written. The option of me picking my medication made it as if I was paying for the medication itself. I could have used a different company that actually write and send it for one price up front. I will not be using them again. Still confused with my medication. Just hate this company so far.
