My initial experience with Herb Affair was very nice. The "Cap-M-Quick" sorta 'works'. There are some problems with the "fit" of the top tray and the four posts. Also, due to the bottom part of the Cap being below the surface, there is a lot of leftover powder when the tray is put in the bottom position. I bet with a bit of 'love' the binding problem will go away. I don't expect real smooth operation from molded plastic moving parts on the 1st usage. The shipping on the other hand...ran into the Jan 2016 East Coast Snow storm...so....it took days and days and DAYS to get 'here'. I'll be ordering again soon, so I'll give 'shipping' an "Incomplete" grade. Which lowers the total grade. I WILL be ordering again.

Would definitely do business with them again. They offer free samples with purchase, items are well packaged for shipping and shipped fast, and they have great prices.

I ordered some vitex from them. It took them a few days but they realized it was on backorder and they asked me if I wanted a refund or to wait. I said I would wait and the item shipped about two weeks later. So thankful for this Vitex, has been hard to get a hold of recently.
