Beginning of December, I replace an old starter on my 1988 four-wheeler. In mid-December, I decided to replace the starter solenoid on same unit. Therefore, I ordered a solenoid from your company. Upon arrival, installed it on 4 wheeler, the solenoid was malfunctioning (defective). After the holidays, I notified you of the faulty solenoid. Your company offered me a refund or a replacement. It did not matter to me and I let you make that choice. Five days later received a new solenoid and it works fine. Thanks for working with me. If your the manufacturer of the solenoid and sent out a mad solenoid, I would give lesser star rating. I'm going to assume your a distributor only and not at fault for the defective solenoid. You may deserve a five star rating for working so well with me, however due to having to deal with a defective product; I only gave a four star rating. Thanks again for working me.
