Great response times and informative on product needs to answer questions correctly

I emailed support on Saturday Morning Sept 13. Around 1:00 pm, I received a response from Celina (Support) about my initial email for help to fix the mistake "I" made. (move my app back to flowering). She was pleasant, very knowledge able of what they could do to fix it and the time frame it would take. She assured me of the lighting levels would be fine for the stage of growth and nothing would interfere with my plant and she took care of it. Life is good! A little reassurance goes a long way!

My experience was great so great I think I've bought almost every add on for my box my opinion still stands it's one of the best customer service I've experienced ifnot the absolute best took a learning curve to get it working right but after that I became thoroughly impressed and have encouraged a few others to pick one up

Until now everything is going as planned. My hey abby is looking and facing the prymaids of giza directly and is doing well so far. I hope the team keeps grinding because i see this becoming a whole industry in a few years
