Got a loan but paying triple the amount that I got so instead of paying off the amount I got im paying over 2000 dollars for a 350 dollar loan

I was told three days ago that my approved funds would be deposited into my bank account this morning and I still have not received them, and I have not been able to get in contact with customer service today.

Online lending makes me skeptical
Online lending makes me skeptical. However I did get accepted with my bad credit score. They were not able to offer me much. I signed a loan agreememt.They did offer a low weekly repayment and options to pay off early. I'm still a little skeptical because there is no place that I know of where I can sign in online to view my account.
