UPDATE - i appreciate Teymour who is the co-founder for his help and involvement to resolve this concern. Hoping to see improvement for this service soon I just had a bad encounter with Higlobe. I withdraw funds to my local bank, and I didn't know that my bank was having a maintenance, and got my withdrawal transaction failed. The funds did not return to my balance. As per FAQ, they will reprocess it once the maintenance is done. It's more than 5 hours after the maintenance ended, but the money is still not on my account. Just a frustrating experience after having smooth transactions before.

Hi Aaron, Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand how frustrating the delay must have been, especially since the maintenance had already ended. In this case, your funds had already been converted to PHP and entered the local banking process to be delivered to your local account. Since the incident occurred on a Saturday morning, additional settlement and reconciliation steps were needed before the transaction could be safely reprocessed to your bank. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience. For now they resolve my US transactions fairly quick. I understand the need to be secured with transactions. My 2 cents if possible is to try and provide a better than market exchange rate to MXN.
