The individual assisting me, Mercie, was responsive and helpful.

I called to find out what form to use to make a contribution to my Traditional IRA and asked when I needed to submit the form. I spoke with Mira, in Customer Service, and she directed me to the online Contribution Form and told me I could submit the form ahead of the contribution, which was wired the next day. Thank you for your assistance Mira and thank you Horizon Trust Company for having a Docusign version of the form.

Great communication. Always kept us updated and even got on the phone to assist us with transferring of our accounts.
