The customer service rep was great on the phone and very helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me the info I needed.

My experience dealing with Dana Gross from the Transfer Department was excellent, she truly cared about what I needed to resolve at Horizon. She went out of her way to even assist me with questions and concerns I had about services handled by a different department and put me in touch with the right staff who can help me going forward. Throughout our interaction she projected a real interest in helping resolve my concerns of dealing with Horizon, I felt heard and by the time we finished our long conversation I had a very positive feeling mainly because of how proud she is about the services she provides and about her job at Horizon Trust.
