Locked to the VIN of a vehicle I totaled. They want an additional $135 to reset it. WHAT A RIP-OFF! Why purchase ANYTHING hypertech if you don't actually own it?!

Products are trash, software side especially. Customers serves is a joke.

Absolutely awful, items come from China and are dreadful. No returns note so hard to send it back. Not as depicted in the advert, very deceptive . Don't touch this company with a barge pole

After numerous emails to this company asking where my purchase was and when it was to be delivered, I finally received it. The problem is that the charging doesn't work on the remote nor the drone. I have tried a few times to charge and the light comes on for a minute or so, then goes out. I will be returning this piece of junk...

I bought this air cooler last year and it was broken after only one use. They did send a replacement after my complaint but the unit was poorly assembled as there is a gap at the back. We have heatwave this few days so I thought I will use it to cool down but it is just like a fan. No cool air but have to clean up the mess as water keep seeping out. Don’t spend your money on it as it is just a pile of junk.

He comprado un pequeño aparato de aire de 79 euros y además de tardar 20 días en recibirlo, cuando decían 72 horas, me han enviado un tarro de ventilador que he podido ver en otras páginas por 15 euros. Es una estafa y si hay interesados en denunciar colectivamente, contad conmigo.

Lástima no haber leído estas reseñas antes, después de tres o cuatro semanas de espera al hacer mi pedido recibo una cosa completamente diferente y de más baja calidad del producto que venden en la página web, pedir monocular zoom pro y recibo mobile lens 18 x 25, una estafa total, leyendo las reseñas no entiendo cómo permiten hasta empresas seguir haciendo este tipo de fraudes.
