I would have given 5 stars but some of the bags had "the tote bag" backwards and missing... I also wish all the bags had a material bag to keep them stored.

I have been attempting to resolve the situation since November and am being told that I received the entire order (even after I sent pictures of just the one bag I received) and that it would cost me more to return the item for a refund. Now they are not answering my emails. I ordered 7 colors of the tote bag. As stated before, the sent me 7 of the same colored tote bag. I just want to return the tote bags and get the color that I ordered . Please help!
