Had missing parts. They did ship them and received them over two weeks later. Machine is good, worth the price but not the same as a much more expensive unit.

The machine was fine the first week. The second week I turned the ice making function off after being continuously on for a week and all the ice melted. So I turned the ice function back on continuously, the ice started tasting different, not so clean tasting and the machine doesn't stop being Soo damn loud. It's as loud as a small a/c.

We enjoyed getting our cold water with ice from our ICEPURE until it broke almost a year later. The customer service tried working with us to fix the problem, but could not. They are issuing us a 40% refund to buy another machine.

I ordered 3 different kind of filters and one came quickly , but I had to threaten PayPal to get involved for this company to finally deliver the other 2 filters after 2 1/2 weeks. I bought off their website.

Over all its great for what it does but it is REALLY loud when dispersing the ice inside.I think that's the only improvement it needs.

The hot water does not work on our dispenser. I press the hot button to heat it up and when I use the hot water it is cold.

Have not received them…… yet! Took 9 days to get here. Not great, but we were not in a hurry either. Although, there was a holiday in there too. So maybe given the circumstances the experience was adequate. We'll see what happens next time.
