I had an issue finding the correct filter for my fridge. Customer service went above and beyond in directing me toward the correct filter. The purchase was easy and arrived within a reasonable time frame. The cost is great for the quality. We've noticed the difference in the quality of our water after having used this filter.

We have a water cooler with an ice maker. It stopped working. We emailed Icepure and Aurora responded fast. She did trouble shoot with us and it was not fixable. Aurora took care of us....sent a new machine!!!!! Best customer service ever!!!!! We LOVE this machine and we were sick it stop working. I would recommend this machine to everyone and Icepure takes care of there customers. Thanks Aurora and Icepure....we are customers for ever!!!!!

The filters arrived late because the post office didn't deliver to my business but to a home for sale that no one lived in. The address on the box was correct. When I finally got them they were easy to install and our water tastes great.

Since our water contamination a few years back in Charleston, WV, I have been concerned with water quality. I was finding small black sediment in glasses of water that sat out all night. You gave me a report of the water quality and percentage of each contaminate found in my drinking water. I am relieved to know the list of hundreds of contaminates your filters filter out. The water tastes fantastic, and no sediment like before! It is such a relief to know I am drinking pure water with no contaminates !
