Had an issue with a couple water filters I ordered over 6 months back. Service rep was very helpful in resolving my issue.

Ordered a set of whole house filters from Amazon, they weren't lasting as long a previous ones so I reached out to customer support. They were quick to respond, asked for a few pictures and questions and are sending me a replacement. Much appreciated!

I only had a minor issue with my order of the filters, by not including the two air filters in the double package. The box after being unwrapped and opened only had one filter in it. I emailed the support team, and Aurora responded quickly. Once I provided a little more info, she was able to take care of the situation immediately. Definitely had an overall good experience.

Great customer service from Iris when I was concerned I had received the incorrect refrigerator water filters due to their size and a different product number. Iris assured me the filters were the correct ones and she was right!! Thank you for your assistance, Iris.
