I can’t say enough good things about working with Karina! She’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to really understand what I want and need. She explains things clearly and never seems to mind answering my many questions, sometimes more than once! I especially appreciate her honesty, fresh ideas, and willingness to suggest things I hadn’t considered. She’s also reliable, responsive, and always helpful when I need changes or run into problems. She even introduced me to ChatGPT, which has been a game changer! It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend!
