Went and got the exact 2026 Disney shirt I was wanting and sent it promptly. Was brand new with tags and packaged great!

Positive experience with this seller! Items were shipped quickly, one of the lollipops I ordered was out of stock and they replaced it with a different flavor of the same size which I'm grateful for. My lollipops did arrive broken so my only suggestion would be to pack them in bubble wrap. I'd order from them again.

This seller is a scammer and a liar. I made a purchase end of March 2024, for two packs of Disney Gummies, and was provided with a tracking number, April 1st 2024, yet the item remained in Kissimmee, FL all this time. The post office was awaiting for the acceptance of product. I expected to receive the items this week, at the latest, but noticed that it wasn't in transit, it was just sitting in FL. So I contacted the post office, despite the seller saying they would but never did, to provide me with an update! The post office opened a case and reported back to me that the item had NEVER BEEN SHIPPED, only a label has been created! Very upsetting as this was for my son's birthday cake and now I love Character has ruined my plans. They said they would refund me by Friday but I had my doubts as the seller had lied saying that the item has been shipped when it clearly had not been. Thank goodness for PayPal reimbursing me, as otherwise I would have been out $28!

The people at the website were pretty communicative, as they responded to me every time I asked to them albeit after a couple hours waiting. The item I order from them came in pretty good and a day earlier than expected so that was nice. Overall, not a bad website to buy any Disney or brand items. (Also theluckypennyllc on eBay is owned by this website so that’s something to know!)

Order went through quickly. No problems with payment or shipping. Track and trace to follow package. No issues or backpay for customs. One of the articles was broken when we received the package. Contacted the store but still NO RESPONSE after 3 weeks.
