I ordered this item and although there was a very slight delay as one of the pieces was on a back order, I received the item in a very timely manner. Cannot say enough good things about the customer services as I was updated almost daily regarding the status of my order. As far as the item jtself, I just received it today and have not yet had a chance to install it.

Very easy install, takes a little bit of time routing wire under truck, but no big deal. Simple plug and play connections. Works very well!
