I’m pleased with all the support I’ve been given, even though after installing I still had issues with the new system. I wrote right away that I was having problems and an technician responded and gave me opinions on how to resolve the problem. So far, so good.

There was an issue with the obd that came with the backup camera (2016 silverado, IOB radio). This order was a fix for that issue, swapping out the radio core. The new core came in less than a week. An online infotainment video showed exactly how to swap it out. It took less than 20 minutes to swap out. Everything works perfect.

I purchased a nav upgrade several years ago and found the product and company to be excellent. This year my wife wanted to upgrade the system in her F-150. She ended up buying the Nav with SYNC 3 Touch Screen upgrade and we found the product, Sales (John) and Customer Service (Nick) to be out standing. The video was super as well, making instillation easy to accomplish. We would not hesitate to recommend this company and their products to any one.
