Ordered ink cartridges on the 10th of May. Received the cartridges on the 17th. Tried for over 2 hours to get the Epson XP600 to accept the cartridges. Got the Inkjets trouble shooting info and still did not work. I emailed them on Saturday the 17th and have not heard back.I called their Customer Service at 10:00 am EST as their message said they opened at 7:00 PST. Nobody answered and was told to leave a message. I need my printer. It has been over a week I have had to wait...I called my credit card company and am cancelling this order. ordered from Amazon and will have cartridges here by tomorrow. Don't waste your time with A, a product that doesn't work. B, cannot get answers or assistance. C, Cannot use my printer for over a week. D, Amazon was cheaper and more reputable.

Customer service is unresponsive. Waited 2 weeks for order and did not receive. Don't place any order. My lose.

never shipped item, never picked up phone, never answered emails

I ordered ink from thisInkjets.com, and it did not work in my printer as they promised. When I contacted them to make a refund claim as they instructed, I received the message that they would get back to me, but they have ignored all my follow-up inquiries. They have cheated me out of $35.00, and you should not do business with them.

Count me among the many recent reviews indicating that inkjets.com has taken my money but not shipped the cartridges. I've used them for many years and always had good results. Now I can't get them to return the voicemails and emails that I've left regarding my 3 week old order that was paid for but stuck in the "unfulfilled" status.

Did not receive the ink cartridges ordered and received no reply to emails sent to support. Paid with Paypal and got my money back. I should have read reviews beforehand.

It took weeks to get my delivery. There customer service is nonresponsive. Do not purchase from them.

Wow! I wished I’d read reviews before placing an order with inkjets.com. They sent me a cartridge that was incompatible with my epson printer. I’ve gotten no response in regarding an exchange/refund.
