So far no problems except it tends to overheat when in a bag. I also broke the hook on the strap so can't wear it over shoulder

The problem is the batteries do not last as long as advertised. Tested on a setting of one is not what I would expect. At lest a setting of 2 would be more realistic. Plus the hose crimps at the Spicket or nozzle. Have tried using straws and tape to hold upright so it doesn’t collapse.

It seems the cannula hose gets pinched off right above where it hooks into the machine

It works well and I am satisfied with this machine it is handy to go my doctor appointments and when I am out side I think it should be a lot less expensive I had to pay for mine not even Medicare would help me.

I have found the Inogen Unit very helpful and easy to use. With this unit I am now able to get outside and do a little shopping and yard work.

I got good service and the Inogen dose a good job I do think you should include a battery charger for the house not just do it with the machine

Like the product, need to add smaller (Child size lines) for small people to the equipment

Jim Beuoy was a kind and thoughtful sales person. He helped me by giving me information and asking pertinent questions. After purchasing the oxygen concentrator, it was sent to me quickly. Then Jim followed up with a call to be sure I knew how to use the device and gave me some insider suggestions. The device helps me be able to go RVing knowing that with the battery back-up I am covered.
