Customer service could use a bit of attention, they try very hard to reassure you that they will remedy the problem. But when you check progress or follow-up you have to start all over again.

This unit should have a pocket to store the cannula and cord in. It is also very loud. The alarm alert is also too loud. Otherwise, it is a nice poc.

I just think the maintenance is too much and expensive. Should just have simple filters to clean. Size is good but still cumbersome to carry with a purse. However, overall it is great to have the option of portable oxygen. I have both units the larger and the small one. Janet

I like the inogen G4, I just wish it would continuous rather than on demand.

If unit could be smaller it would be helpful. If battery could be arranged for longer operating time it would be helpful.

I enjoy my unit, my battery doesn't last long enough for my grocery store and getting my carrying case off to change is a nightmare. It is to tight
