I purchased a machine for my aunt. The experience was quite easy and painless. The unit works great, the only complaint is that the batteries don't hold up as long as advertised. The large battery only holds up about 3.5 hours not 5.7.

Hi - I love using the Imogen as it is so much more lighter to carry than the heavy units supplied by our medical supply company. It is convenient to plug into any outlet or car to recharge. We have used to to go on several trips and had no problem. My only complaint is I cannot get it to stay on my shoulder and the plastic used to hold the strap to the unit has broken - needs to be changed to metal. We just ordered one so anxious to see the difference. Most of our friends cannot afford to buy one - they're terribly expensive yet and only have a 1-year warranty. Pat Ware, Jacksonville, FL

Either have really good experience or really bad. No in between. Ordering supplies usually goes well. Performance of carrying machine was very irritating in middle of years used. Had to get three different machines in a short amount of time. Once was 2 days. In the last 18 months it has been good. The stationary machine has always worked fine , thank goodness. Also had problems with them delivering to the correct address. Even when they repeated the address of where to send it, they sent it to the incorrect one where it sat in the rain. There is no room for other negatives, of which there are a lot in 4 1/2 years. Overall the concept of the product is very good. It is better than other methods i’ve used. There have just been too many hiccups along the way.

A good reliable machine with sound operating features---charging while operating on 3 and increasing the charge at the same time. It seems a little heavy, but we're not waving a fan.

Happy with my inogen. Easy to go to appointments and feel comfortable.. so glad I purchased it.
