The light weight of the machine is wonderful. Even with the larger battery, it is still light weight. It seems to get hot after a while.. The waist pack is not comfortable, It is so very stiff. But for the most part I am very happy with it and would (and do) recommend it.

Charging cords are touchy and sometimes won’t charge at all. So disappointing.

I use the Inogen 4 whenever I leave the house. The fact that it is light weight is a huge improvement for me. The new carrier is also an improvement. I wish that it had the capacity to deliver level 4 oxygen. I fear that I’ll need that in the future and don’t look forward to carrying the larger Inogen.

I love my machine and the people are very help if i have any question there to answer it.

I wasn't informed that I would receive a pulse of oxygen rather than a continuous flow of oxygen whenever I take a breath. I'm still getting used to it.
