Transfer from the free version to Professional 12
I transferred from the free version (which after many years was no longer to be supported) to Professional 12. I found the download and registration procedure relatively straightforward - I'm in my 70s and not hugely computer literate - and the new version just replaced the old one and worked immediately.

Not many FTP products on the market …
Not many FTP products on the market will handle some of IBM mainframe file structures (PDS), like Ipswitch WS_FTP.

I love the ability to use a tool that allows me to be focused on completing my work, not the process to move files.
I love the ability to use a tool that simplifies the moving of files to and from a mainframe environment. This tool also works very nicely with the midrange when you cannot just attach one of the disks to your system.
