Having problems with my most recent shipment. Can't open package. Not sure if this is what I ordered. Can't reach anyone for a refund or to talk. Need response as soon as possible.

Great piece of art. Super fast delivery to the UK. Impressive service. Would have given 5 stars, had they provided an instruction sheet explaining how the different sections come together. Instead, had to guess what all the additional English letters were for. Overall very happy to buy from them again.

My experience was amazing!!! The service was quick and punctual. My only remark would b on the price which I thought was a bit too high. Otherwise, I thought the response by email and by phone with representatives was very very professional. Thank u Irada!!!

The wall art turned out beautiful but it was a little more challenging than I anticipated. The more detail the more difficult it is but it is worth it and it does take time. The video on YouTube makes it look too easy but when you get it it's not so.

The first buy from Irada was excellent, however I faced some issues in my second buy 1- "Ya Haay Ya Qaum" come as 2 parts !! and the upper point for " Astaguith" are in different colour (not like the one shown in the website). I should be informed by this before I select this item. 2- I select a gift wrap for 3 items and I paid for them, unfortunately they came with the other items without any wrapping !! Thx, Loaie

I shopped on line and in seeing pictures and description was not aware that these were decals and expected more as the price was very high. The dimensions provided were also wrong as I ordered a decal with translation but the dimensions provided were for decals without translation. These seem to me to be very expensive for what they are.

Dear Irada Arts, Many thanks for the ease of ordering and rapid delivery via DHL of my new Bismillah on canvas in blue. Stunning!! I am very happy to have found you in my online search for Arabic wall stenciling. -One issue: there is a 1/2 inch scissor cut in the white canvas, bottom right side. Luckily, it does not go into the print, but it is quite noticeable. I think the framer can cover it without going too far into the print. Thank you for the 3 additional decals, it would be good to have the English translation of them included. One is Alhamdoulilah, but I am trying to find the meaning of the square kufic strips and the third ones is ?-family dua #2? I plan to purchase more decals and a wall print in the future.
