This is a great website to order from if you don't want to wait a year for your purchases. I have ordered two pairs of Rainbow flip flops from this website and each arrived in about three days and I got money off the second time because I had ordered before.

Quick Delivery

I have been contemplating buying a pair of Rainbow flip flops for years, but wasn't sure about the higher price. I decided to give them a try after speaking with a co worker who has had the same pair for 6 years. I ordered a pair and they arrived within a couple of days. I did have to break them in, which I wasn't aware of. The first few times I wore them I had some pretty painful blisters. They are now broken in and super comfortable.

The process of ordering through IslandSurf was painless. I received the sandals I ordered. The packaging was strange. I could see the sandals through the folded cardboard. I don't like that because if someone really wanted them, I would've never seen them. They should be shipped in a closed package. The delivery was slow. I would DEFINITELY order from IslandSurf again.

I've purchased quite a few pairs of sandals from IslandSurf. The last pair that I purchased were too small, so i needed to exchange the pair for another of the same sandal, just a different size. Unfortunately, IslandSurf doesn't have an exchange policy - I had to purchase the correct sandals (now I've purchased two pairs), then send the other pair back (hoping to get a refund in a timely manner). Just ended up being more of a hassle than it should have been, in my opinion.

I didn't have a bad experience with my shipment. The company could have made it clear, or recommend that customers should go up a size and a half when purchasing particular styles.
