They were very patient with me, and the course was an eye opener as well a life changing experience. I felt like I was coached myself before I could coach others. Would highly recommend it to others and I am glad I stuck it out to the end.

Throughout this journey of Certification, I’ve learnt a lot from the course modules on the ABC framework and Core Competencies, self-study, interactive session with the Mentors & Peers and webinars. My favorite part was undoubtedly the unsupervised coaching. I had the opportunity to coach seven individuals outside our school, each with unique personalities, life experiences, and cultural backgrounds. Those coaching conversations were transformational—not only for my coachees, but for me as well. I loved building rapport, deepening my listening skills, helping people explore their own potential, and watching their confidence grow. Analyzing coaching transcripts using AI tools, provided valuable feedback, validated my coaching, highlighted opportunities for growth.

I have no words. Not only am I equipped to impact lives in a positive way, but I have transformed my own life. The school LIFE COACHED me into a better person. In addition to this I have met a lifelong friend, who even after graduation, we are still coaching each other weekly. Great School. Great Value. Great People.

It was such a great program with the right amount of didactic training and hands on mentoring. The supervised sessions were great and well run too. Most importantly, the community of coaches and students were supportive, like minded and inspiring. Grateful for the experience!

Ashima, "the right amount of didactic training and hands on mentoring", that balance is one of the hardest things to get right in any programme, and we're glad it landed for you. The supervised sessions, the community, the like-minded coaches, you experienced the full ecosystem. Keep bringing that gratitude into the work you do with others. With gratitude, Jay Shetty Certification School Team

Danilo, "shaping my skills with the tools learned in the mission of helping others become their best selves." That's not just a description of a programme, that's a purpose statement. The fact that you named the staff, the mentors, and your cohort tells us you valued every layer of this journey. Keep building on that mission. Cheering you on, Jay Shetty Certification School Team

The people I met in this program were wonderful. Viraj was my mentor and coach, and he will be someone I will always remember as I continue to do the work. There is a self-guided push in this work, so you need to be ready to embrace ambiguity and roll up your sleeves, enter the arena without armor - it's a commitment, you need to be motivated, and you need to be smart. Questions are answered quickly, but you need to advocate for yourself. All in all, I'm really glad I did this program and I look forward to building my future in coaching.

Erin, "enter the arena without armor," that might be the most honest description of this programme anyone has written. You named what most people don't say out loud. It's a commitment, you need to be motivated, you need to advocate for yourself. That kind of honesty is rare and prospective coaches reading this will respect it. The fact that you're already looking forward to building your future in coaching tells us you came out the other side ready. Keep entering that arena. Proud of you, Jay Shetty Certification School Team
