Super easy experience. The only thing that is not great is the reply back time from a Dr. or a customer service representative. I have to wait days sometimes to get a reply. It almost feels as if robots are answering the messages. They aren’t empathetic at all. I can’t figure out the ordering part so sometimes I accidentally order it twice. It isn’t real user friendly, but cheapest I have found. So I will make it work. It may also be user error. BUT it isn’t very user friendly
