I really like the product and the results. My only complaint is I have to contact the consumer service every month for my follow up questionnaire which is supposed to be automatic. This results in a delay in the refill and delivery. Last 2 months I have had to email them twice before I heard back. I have asked them to fix the problem but my request seems to be ignored. The results are good so I will continue on my journey.
