Ordered the items. It was shipped on time as promised. Packing great.

You great customer service and excellent turn around time. However, each year I order trophies. For the past two years, the trophy I ordered the previous year was discontinued the next. I wish we could continue getting the same trophy since the award isn't changing. I typically order the same items every year, but now I have to continue finding new trophies.

I ordered the custom 1st, 2nd & 3rd place science fair ribbons for our district wide science fair, as well as judges ribbons and science pins. The order came quickly and all our students were pleased with their ribbons (and the judges felt official with theirs!)

We used Jones School Supply products for our first Graduation Ceremony and both the items and the prices were perfect for our small program.

I ordered the honor roll paw seals and received prompt delivery of correct items. I would like to recommend adding more detail to the description on the website. These seals come in a roll of rectangles with sticker material from edge to edge, the seal in the middle of each rectangle, and a perforated line at top/bottom of each rectangle. The roll format is ideal for my needs.

Jones School Supply has a variety of awards and medals to choose from. As a reading program coordinator for an elementary school, it's nice to change the appearance of the medal every year so the kids and parents don't get bored with the same one all the time. The quality of their medals is awesome. Prices are decent, can't find anywhere with a comparable quality for a lower price. Their customer service representatives have been friendly and helpful with every order I have purchased. The only thing I would like to see changed is the search option for specific medals on the website. If I search reading medals, only a few options show up. I have to scroll through all pages of medals to see the different types of reading medals available. It takes a lot of time to scan through every page just to find a reading style I like.

Was really nice to work with the company that actually produced the product. So many awards companies are brokers and buying from a supplier; probably a company like Jones! Darned good price and reasonable turnaround time. I would work with Jones again and would recommend them to others.

Once I was able to complete the online order, It took about 6 tries over the course of three days, everything was great! I got the items well before the expected date. the prices were better than anywhere too! Will definitly us Jones School Supply Co again!
