I am in the USA. I was sent the wrong scanner(less expensive version). I have sent numerous (4+) emails and IMs to the support contacts and have recieved no reply. It has been over two weeks.

I absolutely love this document camera. I use it daily because it is so easy to use and allows all my students to be able to see. I plug it in to my computer and download the app which was very easy to do then use my projector to project it onto my board. I love that I can move the arm around and the self adjust works great. I highly recommend this for teachers.

very good use experience, clear and smooth image, portable and Convenience, easy to operate, with PC-free mode, allows you to use it without computer, but I don't like its color, can you be more colourful.

Nice website structure, easy to know what they have and how to contact them. Product introduction is a little bit dull but covered most aspects of product specification anyway. Overall it is what a satisfactory website should look like in my mind.
