Great sale price but I wasn’t given estimated delivery time at checkout

Good customer service when I phoned up with questions. Very quick and easy to order a desk.

Very simple site to navigate. Products look good (yet to receive but I’ve been offered £10 refund to leave a review!) Would prefer the shipping cost to be £10 less - £24 is excessive

Easy ordering although I can't see when my order is due. I've ordered much needed dining chairs and I love the Wishbone scandi retro style! 😍

Quick n easy to buy

It was very easy to order, but since in my receipt of previous orders it doesn't list the type of wood I ordered for the wishbone chair - it's a slight gamble on if I am picking the same wood!

Easy check out, lovely looking products and good prices- especially in sale. I am yet to receive my item so can’t speak to the delivery process.

An overall good experience. The product i wanted was easy to find, and the add-ons bear checkout where releases and useful too. The price of the product is good too, (although I‘ve only just placed the order so haven’t seen the product ‘in the flesh’). My only criticism is that its not clear / can’t find what the estimated delivery timeline is, but this could be down to user error.
