I’ve been selling pounds on other platforms before but never had such wonderful and exceptional customer service/experience as I had with Chioma from Kaoshi today. Chioma guided me through every step of the way, from transfer to account, to engaging IT to confirm funds have been deposited up until I received funds, all within a 30 minutes timeframe. I was really impressed, most especially with the service received. The platform is quite good as well. Thumbs up to Kaoshi and to Chioma, who should be made face of Kaoshi (as we need to see her face now #winks) and given an A* appraisal rating, accompanied with a salary increase or bonus 😊
