Problem was solved in a way satisfactory to both parties.

My product was not what I was expecting and had a few flaws. I got a quick response to my concerns.

I am hoping the titanium boards are really reduced from the high price? I hope I have not been tricked into buying rubbish!,,, I also thought I had only bought 1. Large and. 1 small board but it ended up with me purchasing another 2 large boards that I didn’t intend to. I can give them to my daughter and granddaughter so I sincerely hope the boards re as good as you say. Thank you.

At first, I thought I had purchased many more than I wanted to, so I left the site. I then got a text with a better discount, so I decided to go ahead and buy 2 boards.

I did not receive any up dates as to when I should expect any delivery.. I was disappointed as to lack of communication..01122026

Of course my bank checked for fraud. When I okayed it I put the order back through and it was a different price. Not much more so I went ahead with it. I know the board is excellent and I really want it. The boards I have are just like the bad ones in the picture. Please don't delay. Send me my boards.
