I have a kindle and somehow. Managed to forget my Password and was unable to use any of the features to download or buy books. I called the helpline and it was sorted in less than ten minutes. I was not on hold for more than about 15 seconds and the customer service was outstanding. Really happy customer. Wish all companies had such prompt and helpful customer service.

kindle is my best friend and I carry it everywhere i go. Battery life is good even it is 5years old. It was a best buy i did. Really recommend. There is no better thing than reading and saving enviroment at the same time.

Very happy with Kindle Support (Phillipenes?) I realised I’d been paying for service I’d not used for over 12 months. The support person agreed to investigate and get back.. which he did with a full refund., Delighted. Hence why i’ve been with Amazon Prime ... for so long. Thank you.
