We had a fantastic experience with Kirkland House Cleaners! Thomas and his team did an outstanding job cleaning our office. They were professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. Our space looks as good as new, and the difference is truly impressive. We really appreciated how smooth and efficient the entire process was. It’s clear they take pride in their work. We will definitely be using their services again on a regular basis and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning.

As a Real Estate Managing Broker with almost 40 years in the Real Estate Industry, I have relied on other Professionals to build a successful career & business. After meeting the owner of Kirkland House Cleaners some 20 years ago I have had the pleasure to offer my services to Tom first for his real estate needs. The first opportunity I had to refer Tom’s services to my Clients I did so without any reservations. This would include Clients for their move-in & move out scenarios to where these Clients would keep the service once they relocated or settled in. My Clients all shared how nice it is to come into their clean, fresh smelling homes after a long day! Seems they all felt that they saved a few days a month to actually relax & spend their personal time more productively! I was thrilled to have shown them the way! As Tom’s staff is & always has been diligent & professional the company earned as well as maintained their long-term relationships with my Clients. Nothing is worse for any professional than to be burned by a referral from them on their recommendation. My professional & personal experience with Kirkland House Cleaners is exceptional. Their rates are fair in the cleaning arena, making them an integral part of my day to day business as well as many of our Brokers in both our Eastside & Seattle location. In my competitive industry that is service oriented, my business partners must deliver consistent results! No surprise is the best surprise!
