Move onto another company.
I emailed them to request more samples but they have been ignoring my emails ever since, and they were unable to provide a list of service providers for their printers.

One of worst customer support I ever experienced. I backed and got their 3D SLA printer (named BEAN) from cloud funding supposed to work right after out of the box, but the unit I received has several initial failures as following and never worked. 1) Power supply was unstable. (I found alternative power supply so I could confirm 2), 3). 2) One of I/O control board is dead so it does not move at all. 3) When I see inside of the box, one red line is disconnected and come out from I/O board. So I reported and asked them to fix those problems but what they reply me was asked me to do all inspection by myself without any detailed information. They said the reason is shipping coast which I already pay for almost $100, yet they didn't had any insurance or transportation care. The inside of the product, I could see many bare lines and conductors, one of it is bare power supply so it is easily guess that there might have a risk to have an electric shock without right instruction. So I refuse such inspection and ask them to RMA then they start to ignore my emails. My advice is clear, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM otherwise you will waste your money and time.
