We foster dogs for a local rescue group. One of the little Shih Tzus we were fostering was prescribed Optimmune ointment for dry eye. The cost at the vet was $55 per tube. We found it for just over $29 per tube through KV. I purchased 2 tubes and saved having to pay the handling fee of $5. The only downside was that it took 7 days to receive it. From now on, this dog's forever "mom" can plan ahead when ordering but it would have been helpful to be able to get the first prescription sooner as this dog produces no tears at all. Aside from the shipping, I was very happy with the customer service and the Optimmune arrived in good shape.

only reason why i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is after i put my order i waited 4 days and i called to see why my pets meds wasnt delivered yet i was told that my vet hasnt sent in a script yet KV supply could of e-mailed me and notified me that they cant ship it and they are waiting on my vet . If I didnt call I would still be waiting

The overall service was good. My only complaint is that there were too many spammy emails.

They were very quick about getting medicine to my home the only thing I didn't like was they were not very quick about sending emails the day I got meds I was at work and didn't not get email for tracking my package until it was already on my door step
