Before I'd paid them a dime, Tony spent an hour auditing the whole thing for free — walked me through what was actually causing the drag, turned on Redis object caching and OPcache, and confirmed the server itself was solid rather than just upselling me. He answers email fast and explains what he's doing instead of doing it silently and sending a bill. We've still got one caching quirk we're working through, and he's been on it without me having to chase him. Straight, unhurried help like that is rare. Glad I found them.

Not only is this company currently hosting our mission critical systems by meeting all of our expectations, but they have been great to work with professionally and have excellent customer service. We host a couple of vital VPSs with them and have no need to look elsewhere. I've paid way more for much less in the past.
