Procurement was simple, and we received emails throughout with the timing updates. Kyle in logistics was invaluable, given we were using a freight forwarder. The chairs arrived on time, were well packaged, and look fabulous.

The website was easy to maneuver, delivery of the product was in immaculate shape, and the technicians promptly installed our dining room table. I had a very good experience with Layla Grayce. The customer service given by Megan was above and beyond my expectations. This was an urgent order and Megan was quick and professional throughout the whole process as we worked out all the details that we had to consider and finalise. To my amazement, the product was delivered as quickly as it was needed, and communications were maintained throughout the whole process. Am very grateful for the services and product from Layla Grayce.
