Great product. Bungees don’t start fraying immediately like some other brands do. The customer service is quick to respond and very helpful.

The Leaps and Rebounds rebounder was a good purchase for me. Ordering was easy. It came more quickly than I expected and everything was in good condition. I have a disability and had stopped exercising at all due to pain. Rebounding has been a wonderful low impact exercise that I can do myself at home. I am starting slow and working up to a manageable, beneficial routine. I like that I can order replacement parts if needed. I purchased recently so do not have experience with customer service. If their customer service runs as smoothly as ordering and delivery, I do not expect any problems.
